This free local tool from the Vermont Department of Labor matches employers and employees. Job seekers, click Find a Job; employers, click Find Employees. Like Career Transitions, it enables you to establish an account, store your resume, and use it to apply for jobs online. You might choose one or the other to be home base for career planning.
